Please read carefully! You are agreeing to the policies when you enroll in a class.
Sign-up policy:
Class spaces are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis. Online sign-ups are available on the class page. The 'buy now' link is below the class description if a class is currently scheduled.
If you do not wish to use your credit card online, please email me at theredbead"at"hotmail.com, provide a phone number where you can be reached and I will call you for the credit card information. DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER IN THE EMAIL since this is not a secure way to transmit information. Credit card numbers are not kept on file so you will have to repeat this for each class. I will try to call you in a timely manner, but a spot will not be secured for you until payment has been made.
Fees:
The fees noted in the class description includes materials noted plus instruction fee. There are no refunds, transfers, or exchanges (no exceptions) so choose carefully and be sure there are no conflicts in your schedule. If you find you cannot make it to class you may send someone in your place. If you cannot send a substitute please notify us and we will try to fill the spot for you. There are no guarantees. If we are able to find a replacment you will receive credit back for all fees paid in the form of a credit slip to be used in the store (cannot be used online) minus a $7 administration fee.
Class Materials
If there is a kit fee this must be paid for at the time you register. Any selection of materials must be done prior to class time. A special shopping time will be available for class participants prior to the start of the class. Materials selection must be made prior to the start of class as class will start on time.
Prerequisites
Please read the prerequisites listed in the class description. You must meet all prerequisites before enrolling to avoid disappointment. The prerequisite skills will not be taught in the class, it is not fair to the other students to take class time to do this.
Are there classes for children?
Not at this time.
Age Requirements
Students must be at least 16 years of age. Anyone under the age of 18 must have the written permission of a parent or guardian and the parent or guardian must sign the registration slip and pay for the class.
Class Etiquette:
* All enrollment processes (including materials selection if required) must be completed before the scheduled class start. Time will not be provided to do this during class.
*Please arrive on time! Late arrivals disrupt the class. Classes will start on time and there are no guarantees the instructor will be able to catch you up. Some classes need every minute to cover all material.
*" Please do not wear perfume to class. Some students may have allergies or sensitivities to perfumes and we will be working in close quarters.
*Please turn off the ringer on your cell phone.
*Please reserve questions not related to the class materials until the class is over.
*We're sorry, but we cannot accommodate children or guests during class, no exceptions.
